For nearly 20 years I was a top rated radio and media personality, known as "Bijou Star" on multiple Radio One stations reaching millions of listeners and viewers throughout my career. 

During that time I sat across from some of the biggest names in music, television and entertainment, created viral moments, and worked with some of the most recognizable companies in the world.

As an on-air brand partner for global brands like Apple, McDonald's, and AT&T I learned firsthand what it takes to build a brand that earns real trust, commands real attention, and creates real opportunity.

While still in radio I founded two beauty brands, Power Hair Collection and Ourjoi, stepping into entrepreneurship long before I ever left the mic. 

When I made the decision to walk away from broadcasting, I was able to make that pivot because my relationships,  my reputation, and my credibility were all a result of the personal brand that I built. And that's exactly what I teach.
